Caravanserai Studio makes clothing and everyday objects in small batches, with a focus on considered design, quality materials and thoughtful production.

Made-to-order garments are produced following order confirmation and cut, sewn and finished in our studio. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before dispatch.

Limited-run pieces are produced in defined quantities, often using fabrics available in limited amounts. These pieces are generally available in stock and are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Once sold out, repeat production is not guaranteed.

We offer shipping across India. Orders are dispatched according to the timelines specified above. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched and the tracking information is available.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. Caravanserai cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details or the recipient's unavailability.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist you. However, Caravanserai is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit or upon delivery by the courier service, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

We work with carefully sourced fabrics, from handwoven textiles to surplus materials from textile mills. Variations in colour, texture, weave and finish may occur, particularly in natural and handwoven fabrics. These variations are characteristic of the materials.

Care instructions are provided with each garment and, where applicable, on the product page. Please follow the recommended instructions to maintain the fabric, fit and finish of your piece.
